This visa is designed for outstanding talents from all over the world who have achieved certain achievements in designated fields and are interested in coming to Australia to promote innovative technology and the science and technology economy. Applicants do not need state government sponsorship or scoring, and applicants who are assessed as outstanding talents can obtain an Australian permanent residence visa in one step.
Application Requirements
- Applicants must have outstanding professional capabilities, or have made outstanding achievements and contributions in the following 10 areas:
- resource
- Agri-food and agri-tech
- energy
- Health Industry
- Defense, Advanced Manufacturing and Space
- Circular Economy
- Digital Technology
- Infrastructure and tourism
- Financial Services and FinTech
- educate
- The applicant is nominated by a reputable individual or group in the same field in Australia
- Applicants with an annual salary of at least AUD 162,000 or above or who can prove they can earn an annual salary of AUD 162,000 or above in Australia in the future or who are recent PhD graduates in related fields
