Temporary Residence Application Conditions:

• Age under 55
• Have direct experience in operating and managing a company
• The company's turnover was AUD 750,000 or more in at least 2 of the past 4 years

Requirements for holding shares of the company:

• For non-listed companies, at least 30% of the shares must be owned
• Listed company, must own at least 10% of the shares
• The applicant (and his/her spouse) has a net asset of more than AUD 1.25 million
• Achieve 65 points

Application conditions for 188A temporary residence to 888A permanent residence:

• You must have lived in Australia for a total of 1 year or more in the 3 years prior to your application.
• Established a company in Australia for 2 years or more
• The Australian company's turnover in the 12 months before the application exceeded AUD 300,000

In the 12 months prior to the application, the applicant was able to meet the company's share holding requirements:

• For non-listed companies, at least 30% of the shares must be owned
• Listed company, must own at least 10% of the shares

In the 12 months prior to the application, the applicant must meet two of the following three conditions:

• The company's net assets in Australia are at least AUD 200,000.
• Have personal and company net assets of at least AUD 600,000 in Australia
• The company continuously employs at least 2 local full-time employees

• You must have lived in Australia for a total of 2 years or more in the 3 years before applying
• Invest AUD 2.5 million in specified investment products for 3 consecutive years
• 500,000 venture capital funds or private equity funds invested in emerging or small private companies
• $750,000 invested in managed funds or listed investment companies in emerging companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange
• 1.25 million invested in a balanced portfolio of managed funds or listed investment companies
• Additional investment in Australia

• 2.5 million invested in a balanced portfolio of managed funds or listed investment companies

Application conditions for 188C temporary residence to 888C permanent residence:

• The applicant has lived in Australia for 120 days or the spouse has lived in Australia for 180 days per year
• Hold a relevant AUD 5 million designated investment project for at least 3 years
