- Open a company and invest NT$6 million (approximately HK$1.5 million)
- No criminal record
- Pass the medical examination
- Guarantor in Taiwan (provide a Taiwanese person as legal guarantee)

Residency Requirements
- If you have resided in the country for more than one year, you can only leave the country for 30 days within one year.
