Introduction
The Commonwealth of Dominica is located in the northeast of the Lesser Antilles in the eastern Caribbean Sea, bordering the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. It is an island country with a land area of only 751 square kilometers. The capital, Roseau, is the only city in the Caribbean with a river running through it. It covers an area of 5.4 square kilometers and had a population of approximately 20,000 as of 2014. It is the national political, commercial, tourism, education, communications and service center.

Dominica is located at the northern end of the Windward Islands in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean Sea. It is separated from Martinique Island to the south by the Martinique Channel and from Guadeloupe Island to the north by the Dominica Channel. It is 47 kilometers long from north to south and 26 kilometers wide from east to west. It is the largest volcanic island in the Windward Islands.

Program Overview
In order to stimulate local economic growth, the Dominica government launched the investment citizenship program in 1993 and added investment options to the program in January 2014. The Dominica investment citizenship program is one of the most affordable investment citizenship programs of the same type among the legal programs in the world.
There are currently two options available under the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program:
- Government donations
- Real estate investment
The funds raised from the donation will be used to develop the country's various infrastructure and other government expenditures, with the ultimate goal of stimulating local economic growth. Depending on the number of applicants, donations start at $100,000.
Applicants may choose to invest USD 200,000 or more in government-approved real estate projects to qualify for citizenship by investment. Applicants must have held the property for at least 3 years.
Eligible family members include:
- Spouse of the principal applicant
- Children under 18 years of age of the principal applicant or his/her spouse
- Children of the principal applicant or his/her spouse between the ages of 18 and 25 who are still studying
- Unmarried daughter of the principal applicant under 25 years of age
- Children of the principal applicant or his/her spouse aged 18 or above with mental or physical disabilities
- Parents or grandparents (over 65 years old) living with the principal applicant or their spouse
Immigration application process
Application procedures for Dominica investment immigration
- The client selects the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program and signs a formal agreement, submits completed forms and all required documents, and pays some of the relevant fees
- Processing of documents for clients’ naturalization applications
- Applicants choose government donation/real estate investment and pay a deposit for the house
- Submit application documents including property purchase documents (if real estate option) to the Dominica Government
- The Dominican government conducts background checks and approves application documents
- Approval result: Approved in principle by the Dominica government
- The applicant remits the government donation to the government's escrow account / completes the home purchase transaction

- Collect passports and mail them to customers
