The Labour and Welfare Bureau said that as of the end of February this year, the "High-end Talent Pass Scheme" had received more than 14,000 applications, of which more than 9,600 had been approved. More than half of the applicants were under 30 years old, and the vast majority of applicants were under 50 years old.
